FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, which produces products in the form of preventive and/or functional nutrition, or biologically active food additives, and can be used as a food product, a product of dietary and dietary preventive nutrition, including enteral nutrition, for recovery and regeneration of bone and cartilage tissue, in case of injuries, fractures, operations and diseases of locomotor apparatus, including osteoporosis. Disclosed is a dry beverage concentrate for bone tissue recovery, containing milk proteins, collagen hydrolyzate, vitamins A, B2, B6, C, D, citric acid, mineral substances calcium, magnesium, potassium, zinc, which additionally contains common horsetail extract, burdock root extract, propolis extract, flower pollen, succinic acid, mineral substance fluorine, rutin, pectin, guar gum, buckwheat flour, vegetable oil and auxiliary substances – potato starch, a flavouring agent, sucrose, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: milk proteins 1.0–30.0; collagen hydrolyzate 0.5–15.0; vitamin A 0.00008–0.0016; vitamin B2 0.00016–0.0032; vitamin B6 0.0002–0.004; vitamin C 0.006–0.1200; vitamin D 0.0000005–0.00001; rutin 0.003–0.060; calcium 0.1–2.0; magnesium 0.040–0.8; potassium 0.350–7.0; zinc 0.0015–0.03; fluorine 0.0004–0.008; citric acid 0.001–0.05; succinic acid 0.005–0.1; common horsetail extract 0.1–10.0; burdock root extract 0.1–8.0; propolis extract 0.005–0.2; flower pollen 0.01–0.1; pectin 1.0–10.0; guar gum 1.0–10.0; vegetable oil 1.0–10.0; buckwheat flour 0.1–5.0; potato starch 3.0–15.0; flavoring agent 0.01–0.45; sucrose is the rest.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of food products for bone tissue in the form of a beverage with high efficiency, the action of which is aimed at strengthening and maintaining the function of the musculoskeletal system.
