SUBSTANCE: apparatus for changing nut that holds rolling ring on roll shaft mounted by cantilever fashion and having threaded portion for nut includes changing device. The last includes threaded sleeve whose thread is the same as thread of roll shaft and centering members coaxially mounted on roll shaft. Threaded sleeve is mounted with possibility of axial motion relative to centering members and(or) relative to roll shaft and it is fixed against rotation.
