FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly manufacture of rolling rolls. SUBSTANCE: prestressed builtup rolling roll includes arbor with driven and non- driven journals, shoulder and threaded portion; bandage fit onto arbor with guaranteed gap and engaged with shoulder of arbor; fixing nut fit onto threaded portion of arbor and rested upon other end of bandage. According to invention on inner threaded portion of fixing nut there is annular cone protrusion introduced with gap into annular cone turning on inner surface of bandage at side of fixing nut. Width of fixing nut in threaded portion with annular cone protrusion is determined according to strength of thread; in portion of end contact with bandage it is determined according to strength of fixing nut. On outer surfaces of fixing nut and shoulder of arbor at sides engaging with bandage there are additional annular turnings designed for mounting with interference fit or for screwing-on reinforcing spacing ring.
