FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: the composite structural laminated material has two external layers of metal, for example steel, and an intermediate core of elastomer, for example non-foamed polyurethane. Elastomer has a modulus of elasticity approximately exceeding 250 Mpa and tensile and compression strength at least 20 Mpa. The adhesion strength between metal and elastomer makes up at least 3 Mpa. EFFECT: the composite structural laminated element operates under load as a single element bucking globally and not asymmetrically. 31 cl, 7 dwg
