FIELD: production of composite materials with corrosion-resistant, wear-proof and antiicing coatings. SUBSTANCE: the composite laminated material includes a metal base consisting of two or several metallic layers and a polymeric coating on the surface of the outer metallic layer. The metallic layers are positioned in the order of decrease of their hardness from the inner to the outer one, and the coating represents a layer of polytetrafluoroethylene reinforced by the action of deformation stresses within 25 to 55 Mpa. In particular, the metal base may consist of steel and copper layers, the copper layer is an outer one and made in the form of a solid shell. The claimed method for manufacture of composite laminated material includes the production of the laminated metal base, formation of the preset relief of the surface of outer metallic layer, application of the polymeric coating of polytetrafluoroethylene and subsequent thermal treatment of it. Before application of the polymeric coating the base is subjected to thermal-deformation treatment in an oxidizing medium and cooling in a reducing medium, and the polytetrafluoroethylene coating after thermal treatment is deformed by 10 to 15%.
