FIELD: rocket combustibles production. SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of rocketry and touches development of a potting compound used for armoring the small-sized intercalated charges composed of the dibasic combustibles. It presents the potting compound including a non-saturated polyethylene glycol - maleinatephthalate pitch combined with a mechanochemical mix of polybuthylmathacrylate and milled mica dissolved in buthylmethacrylate with mandatory adding a curing agent - benzoyl peroxide. EFFECT: the invention allows to lower a polymerizing shrinkage and ensures manufacture of qualitative charges with a required level of physical-mechanical, adhesion and ballistic performances. 1 tbl
