FIELD: metalloorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing new organoaluminum compound that can be used in fine organic synthesis and as co-catalyst in oligo- and polymerization of olefins and coupled dienes. Invention describes method for preparing 1-ethyl-1-alumina-2- oxa-3-phenyl- [(furan-2'-yl)]-4-alkylidenecycloheptan by interaction of terminal allene of the formula: R1- CH=C=CH2 wherein R1 is n-C6H13, n-C8H17 with triethylaluminium of the formula AlEt3 in the presence of zirconacene dichloride of the formula (Cp2ZrCl2) as a catalyst in argon atmosphere, at room temperature, under atmosphere pressure, in methylene chloride medium followed by addition at temperature 15 C cuprous chloride (CuCl) as a catalyst and aldehyde of the formula RCHO wherein R means Ch, furan-2-yl, at room temperature (~ 20 C).
