FIELD: special-destination fluids. SUBSTANCE: composition designed to prevent ice deposits as well as to melt snow on any coatings, including pavements and building structures, contains 85-95% sodium formate, 4-10% urea, 1-5% potassium carbonate, and may additionally contain river sand at salts-to-sand ratio 1:(3-5). Composition may further contain water preserving total salt concentration 15-30%.
