FIELD: permanent way. SUBSTANCE: proposed rail fastening contains baseplate with flanges and hole for fastening on reinforced concrete tie, rail-to-baseplate connectors, unit for connecting baseplate with reinforced concrete tie, flexible pad placed on tie under rail baseplate. Rail baseplate has two T-beam posts made integral with baseplate and located in common vertical planes with working faces of flanges, two beads made from top of baseplate on its short sides. Rail-to-baseplate connectors are made in form of U-shaped spring clamps of rectangular section whose ends are driven under flanges of T-beam posts getting out to beveled surface of rail foot. Unit for connecting rail baseplate with reinforced concrete tie is made in form of anchor skeleton embedded in tie and consisting of two tubular elbows whose end faces are brought to level of upper plane of tie in zone of location of baseplates and orientated coaxially to holes in baseplate, and four anchor pins, each fitted through hole in baseplate into anchor skeleton with subsequent press-fitting into rounded-off part of skeleton elbow. EFFECT: provision of constant designed resistance to rail shift along baseplate commensurable with rail service life, improved safety, reduced number of parts in fastening unit, cut down cost of assembling. 4 dwg
