FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail tracks with reinforced concrete ties. Proposed intermediate nonsplit spring fastening contains rail baseplate with holes and flanges, embedded members installed in through holes of reinforced concrete tie and spring fastening members. Each embedded member is made in form of rectangular-section rod with three flanges arranged in one plane on upper and lower end faces and in middle part of rod. Middle flange is longer than lower flange, and spring fastening members are made in form on U-shaped rectangular section spring clamps with slots on legs, each is driven under upper flange of corresponding embedded member from different sides of rail, with legs getting to beveled surface of rail foot. Holes in rail baseplate are made with sizes and shape to pass upper flange of embedded member, and rail baseplate proper is provided additionally with lock beads from different sides of rails found on ends of baseplate parallel to axis of rail.
EFFECT: reduced maintenance expenses of fastening, simplified process of assembling of fastening units at base track machine stations.
