ANCHOR RAIL FASTENING Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: fastening has anchor 1 embedded by its lower part in reinforced concrete base. Anchor 1 has two heads 2 projecting from concrete and provided with B-shaped spring clamps 9 secured by regulators-eccentrics 16. Central part of anchor 1 has variable section smoothly changing H- form into T- form. Brackets 15 of heads of anchor 1 are provided with hook-like eyes 19 changing into vertical walls-limiters. Fastening has under-clamp member 13 in form of plate with bent off parts. To correct width of gauge isolator 11 is used in form of angle part with flanges of equal size with either equal or different thickness. Anchor 1 is cast of high strength cast iron with globular graphite of ferrite class with perlite content not exceeding 10-15%. EFFECT: invention protects dimensions of fastening members which improves operation reliability. 29 cl, 7 dwg
