FIELD: development of concretions. SUBSTANCE: facility is designed for development of iron and manganese concretions, phosphorite concretions and similar deposits on sea shelf and deep-water deposits on ocean floor which are presented mainly by horizontal or slightly inclined low-thickness deposits which are located on floor surface with comparatively minor lowering (0,5-1,0) from its surface. Facility has suction dredge with suction and pressure branch pipes and pressure slurry feed line coupled to pressure branch pipe of suction dredge. Pressure slurry feed line is equipped with hydrocyclone with two outlet branch pipes, one of them is connected to hold of dredging craft and the other one enters clearance between protective enclosure terminated in unloading cantilever and pressure slurry feed line coming in the form of vertical pipe coupled by its upper part to hydrocyclone. Lower part of pipe is manufactured in the form of spiral from elastic material and its external side and bottom side are made up of separate longitudinal trapezoidal plates with major bases facing inwards of pressure slurry feed line and fixed by means of external clamps. Distances between separate plates inside spiral are smaller than size of concretions of commercial granulated composition. EFFECT: reduced energy consumption for entire technological cycle of excavation and beneficiation of concretions, improved ecological situation in zone of operation of facility. 5 dwg
