SUBSTANCE: gear has hopper with outlet branch pipe, loading vessel divided by lateral partition into two symmetrical compartments and hinged to frame carrying two limiters of its turn, impingement plates attached to side walls of loading vessel, mounted for turn with reference to the latter and positioned in upper parts of compartments beneath outlet branch pipe. Impingement plates carry superimposed plates mounted for movement relative to impingement plates.
