FIELD: measuring engineering. SUBSTANCE: powder is supplied from hopper 1 through funnel 2,3 with nozzles 4,5 and outlet branch pipe 13 into the pressure-tight feeder made up as cylindrical yoke 8. The powder moves through the compartment of ring passageway 9 to the outlet branch pipe 18 under the action of the vibrator made up as a ring made of piezoceramic 10 and mounted inside yoke 8. Branch pipes 13,18 are mounted in the unit and zone of the loop of a standing wave. Hopper 1 and working compartment are provided with branch pipes for supplying inert gas.
