SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurement equipment and is aimed at providing the possibility of automated batching of loose materials, and more specifically powders. Automated line of powders packing contains hopper with outlet hole, which has guiding baffle and bouncing surfaces, batching unit including capacity of varied volume, combined with funnel of product unloading into container, mechanism of volume change, master cylinder and pneumatic cylinder for displacement of capacity of variable volume, frame, control cabinet, receiving table and conveyor. At that, the volume change mechanism is made in the form of at least two screw-nut adjusting rods connected to the upper and lower plates, and comprises an adjusting rod, conveyor includes enclosures and a pneumatic cylinder for container movement, variable volume vessel is made in the form of hollow cylinders telescopically inserted into each other, and has lower gate and upper loading hole.

EFFECT: technical result is providing accuracy of dosing with simultaneous functional reliability and process safety.
