FIELD: organic chemistry, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: invention describes method for accelerating the growth and increasing seed productivity of alfalfa. Method involves spraying with an aqueous solution of agent based on binary copolymer of acrylic acid amide and triacryloylhexahydro-1,3,5-triazine (SPAA) and 2-diphenylamino-4,6-bis-[4'- carboxylatomethylthio(X')]-1,3,5-triazine (Thioauxin-1) salts wherein X' means K+,Na+,NH+4

in the following ratio of components, wt. -%: SPAA, 0.001-0.0001; Thioauxin-1, 0.0025-0.00025; water, the balance. Vegetating plants are treated with agent aqueous solution by two-fold spraying on the 2-d days after mowing and in budding phase in agent consumption norm 200 l/ha per one treatment. Invention provides elevating seed productivity of alfalfa, growing up height after mowing, increasing mass of 1000 seeds and seeds mass from one plant and also improvement of seeds germination obtained from the yield and increasing mass of roots and seedlings of plants.
