METHOD FOR SURGICAL TREATING PYLORODUODENAL ULCERS COMPLICATED WITH STENOSIS OF OUTPUT GASTRIC DEPARTMENT Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out selective proximal vagotomy. Pyloroduodenal area is resected. Inferior border of resection is situated below duodenal bulb. Superior border should be above pyloric bagasse. Serousmuscular gastric layer is separated being 10-15 mm proximally against superior border of resection. Serousmuscular layer is wrapped up in the form of duplicature. Gastroduodenoanastomosis is applied. Moreover, superior border of resection is being above a bag-shaped increase of pyloric gastric section from the side of the greater curvature. Resection of pyloroduodenal area is performed together with a bag-shaped increase mentioned. Moreover, diameter of distal gastric section corresponds to that of duodenum. The method enables to restore normal anatomophysiological structure of necessary organ. EFFECT: higher efficiency of surgical therapy. 3 dwg, 1 ex
