Circular invaginating gastroesophageal valve is created. Stenotically transformed pylorobulbar area resection is carried out. Artificial valve-cusp is produced by plunging mucosubmucous layers of the stomach and duodenum stump into the duodenum lumen. EFFECT: prevented post-resection complications. 10 dwg
