SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes power source, control unit, power generator, control signal shaper, electric current pickup, output circuit and bipolar pincers. In body of pincers there is reservoir for irrigation liquid with two ducts in the form of capillary tubes for supplying cooling liquid onto working surfaces of pincers. EFFECT: lowered "fouling" of working surfaces of pincers, reduced necrosis zone, enhanced quality of coagulation suture. 2 dwg
