FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, electrosurgical apparatuses designed for dissection of organism soft tissues. SUBSTANCE: the electrosurgical apparatus has a power source, high-frequency oscillator, switching circuit, protection and monitoring circuit, active and passive electrodes, current and voltage transmitters, control and indication circuit. Besides, a multiplier is available for determination of power, comparators; the power source comprises a power stage, connected to whose output is the current transmitter, and the voltage transmitter - between its two outputs. The second outputs of the current and voltage transmitters are connected to the multiplier inputs, the multiplier output is connected to the input of the power stage of the above power source via the first comparator. The second output of the voltage transmitter is connected via the second comparator to the second input of the power stage of the power source, and the second inputs of the comparators are connected to the control and indication circuit. The invention provides for stabilization of the output power applied to the tissue and regulation of the no-load voltage.
