FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing double-lumened penetrating drain tube perforated within the medullary canal zone. Treatment with air gas containing nitrogen monoxide in concentration of 1000-3000 mg/cub. m is applied at temperature of 20-30 C during 2-3 min daily on the background of antiseptic treatment and medicamentous therapy in the amount of 5-6 treatments per a course. EFFECT: improved bone tissue regeneration; enhanced effectiveness in treating wounds and fistulas non- susceptible to adhesion for a long time; avoided fistula development; accelerated treatment course.
