SUBSTANCE: following minimum sanitation parameters are specified: rate 150 ml/min; volume 20 ml; length 0.1 minutes to calculate the irrigation/aspiration ratio. If observing a local form of a focal bone disorder or a fistulous form with a leukocytal intoxication index (LII) of less than 1.2 and a bone cavity space of less than 10 cm³: the rate makes 0.75; the volume is 0.2; the length is 0.2; an irrigation and aspiration pause is 10-15 minutes. A diffuse form advancing along the intramedullary canal accompanied by complications, LII 1.2-2.0 and the bone cavity space of 10-25 cm³ requires: the rate makes 0.75; the volume is 0.2; the length is 0.25; the irrigation and aspiration pause is 10-15 minutes. If observing an aggravation accompanied by intoxication symptoms, developing sepsis, LII 2.1-3.2 and the bone cavity space of 26-40 cm³: the rate makes 0.5; the volume is 0.25; the length is 0.4; the irrigation and aspiration pause is 5-10 minutes.

EFFECT: effective treatment of the given pathology by the adequate removal of organic matters and microbial bodies from the bone wound.
