FIELD: treatment of water by oxidation, ozonization in particular; water supply systems; disinfection of water in pools; treatment of sewage. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes compressor connected with gas preparation system, gas mixture regeneration unit whose outlet is connected with gas duct and gas distributing pipes fitted with throttle valves; each throttle valve is connected with dispersing module located in lower part of contact pool. Said module has gas distributing collector with outlet pipe unions connected to disperser through throttle valve and check valve. Dispersing element is made from porous glass.
