FIELD: water treatment equipment; devices for disinfection, clarification and odor removal of water.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the water treatment equipment, in particular, to the water ozonizing installation and may be used for disinfection, clarification and odor removal of water. The water ozonizing installation contains: the input main waterway delivering water into a contact pool; in succession connected an air engine, a system of the air preparation, an air-ozone mixture generation unit, to the output of which at least one gas-distributing pipe is connected. A disperser located in the lower part of the contact pool is connected to the outlet of the gas-distributing pipe. On the surface of the water pool there is a layer of a material made out of the separate pieces resistant to the action of ozone and preventing the gas emission from the water surface of the contact pool. At that the water from the inlet main comes into the contact pool from above through the open areas of the surface of the water pool. As a result the invention ensures an increased ecological compatibility, efficiency and reliability of the installation operation, as well as a decrease of its power input, cost and overall dimensions.
