LAMINATE MADE OF FLAT POROUS SUBSTRATE WITH A COATING AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: manufacture of laminate made of flat porous substrate with a coating. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a laminate made of flat porous substrate with a coating and a method of its manufacture. The laminate made of flat porous substrate with a coating including the adhesive powder applied with formation of an inadhesive at the room temperature and stable during storage intermediate product, and the second substrate, connected with the flat porous substrate under heightened temperature and pressure. At that the applied on the porous substrate coating contains a combination of complex components: a thermoplastic polymer, at least one solid at the room temperature epoxy resin, and if necessary, at least one solid at the room temperature prepolymer made of epoxy resins and polyamines. In the method of production of the laminate made of the flat porous substrate the coating is fixed on the first substrate during the first elevated temperature by melting of the complex components. The connection of the substrates is exercised b y their chemical cross-linking or by a consequent cross-linking of the complex components of the powder with following refrigerating.
