FIELD: fertilizers production.
SUBSTANCE: process consists in that manure is collected in clamps and preheated to 75-85°C, after which brine with bischofite mineral MgCl2·6H2O with molecular weight 203.303 is added layer-by-layer to clamp at pressure 0.03-0.08 MPa and with consumption 100-200 L per 1 t manure to cool treated mass to 53-55°C. Layers are arranged in tiered manner mutually spaced by 0.3-0.5 m. According to invention, each ton of manure is preliminarily mixed with 700-800 kg of the cake of roots and rootstocks of licorice obtained in production of extracts and 50-400 kg of rice grain production wastes in the form of ground rice, residues, and caryopses preliminarily saturated with bischofite brine in amount 200-300 L/t.
EFFECT: improved quality of fertilizer without pathogenic microbes and increased productivity of crops.
