FIELD: agriculture, fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in processing organic waste for fertilizers. Method involves anaerobic thermophilic fermentation and the following separation of fermented mass for solid and liquid fractions by centrifugation. Before anaerobic thermophilic fermentation the natural mineral bischofite brine of sulfate type of the formula MgCl2•6H2O. heated to temperature C is added to chicken dung. Brine density is 1.1-1.5 t/t/m3, consumption norm is 100-300 kg per 1 ton of raw manure. Prepared mass is homogenized and pig manure rotted slime from pig farm settling tanks is added to mass. The mass ratio of dung to pig manure = 1: (2-4) by dry matter. Components of organic fertilizers are stirred continuously for 5-10 min. After mesophilic fermentation the prepared product is divided for two flows: 20-30% of intermediate product is fed to fermentation of fresh chicken dung and 70-80% of the remained pulp is cooled to the environment temperature without access of atmosphere air. Mass is separated by centrifugation for a solid residue and liquid fraction/ Waste of the primary processing licorice raw as milled nonstandard roots, mineral litter, vegetable impurities, stems of above ground sprouts and karbash are added to a solid residue followed by their stirring and partial drying. Mass is pressed to granules of size 15-25 mm. Fertilizers are packaged and the liquid fraction is recirculated. Invention provides reducing cost and enhancing the quality of organic fertilizer.
