SUBSTANCE: control gear that can be used, for instance, to drive rail-guided vehicles has first control circuit for motor speed governing and motor-connected second control circuit incorporating clutch regulator; control characteristic is improved due to using motor control gear in the form of its stator frequency regulator, actual value of torque Mist being set up within induction motor control range; both control circuits are interconnected as actual value of torque Mist controlled within specified range is used as actual value for clutch regulator; the latter specifies desired value of stator frequency fs,soll for motor speed governing. EFFECT: improved dynamic properties, enhanced damping of mechanical vibrations, reduced control time, facilitated in-service starting. 7 cl, 11 dwg
