SUBSTANCE: proposed system providing for transmitting digital video information, bidirectional data such as Internet data, and for rendering services of standard analog telephone line to terminal user over communication lines has pair of copper conductors laid between main telephone exchange of telephone company and apartment house and any communication means including wireless connection. Digital video signal and data transmission system is implemented in bus or integrating broadcast board which provides access for each terminal user to plurality of video programs without receiving all available programs; mentioned system uses new architecture for time synchronization of digital video signal in compliance with MPEG-2 standard.
