FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, synchronization at intermediate signal paths, for example, circuits for transmission or compression of compressed video signal which is passed through several units. SUBSTANCE: encoding part of system has module counter, which is synchronized by system clock oscillator. Counted value is introduced into signal at transmission path according to preliminary defined schedule. Receiving part of system has similar counter which is fired by control synchronization signal from receiver and counted value from this counter is accessed on arrival of counted samples which have been introduced in transmitting circuit. Difference between adjacent samples of counted values in counter of receiver are compared to differences of corresponding adjacent values which are inserted in counted values during transmission. This results in generation of signal which controls synchronization of receiver. EFFECT: increased quality of control signal. 6 cl, 8 dwg
