Second active substance is selected in the group consisting of agonist and antagonist of nicotinoergic acetylcholine receptors of insects of general formulation (III): where R is hydrogen, unsubstituted or substituted residues selected in the group consisting of acyl, alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, heteroaryl, and heteroarylalkyl, A is monofunctional group of chain including hydrogen, acyl, alkyl, aryl, or bifunctional group, which is combined with Z residue; E is electron-seeking residue; X are -C= or =N residues, where -CH= residue may be combined with Z residue instead of hydrogen atom; Z is monofunctional group of alkyl chain, -O-R, -S-R, or is bifunctional group combined with A residue or X residue.
