FIELD: aerostatic flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed flying vehicle includes disk-shaped lifting balloon filled with helium and hot air and nacelle made in form of civil aeroplane. Located inside said balloon is disk-shaped multi-sectional container whose sections are filled with helium for carrying the cargoes. Flying vehicle is provided with air temperature control unit for regulation of temperature from 200 C to 20 C. Balloon has form of wing round in plan at controllable angle of attack for forming additional aerostatic lifting force; ratio of thickness of balloon to diameter is 20-25%. Flying vehicle is provided with storage batteries for supply of electrical equipment , solar cells located on upper plane of balloon, clearance limit lights, light designations of number and search-lights for landing at night. EFFECT: improved technical and operational characteristics. 5 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
