FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: aircraft has disk-shaped case with chambers filled with carrier gas and cargo compartments. power plant, front crew cabin, control system and touchdown controls; besides that, case is provided with rear crew cabin and flexible retractable reservoirs for carrier gas; case is formed by torus, upper convex and lower concave lifting surfaces closing the central cavity located inside torus provided with radial recesses. Power plant includes at least six self-contained power units; each power unit is provided with two jet engines constructed for thrust reversal and mounted on turntable, fuel reservoir, engine mode differential control system; this system is also used for control of position of power unit relative to case and turntable carrying the above-mentioned engines relative to power unit; touchdown controls are made in form of extensible telescopic rods fixed automatically.
