FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: epoxide composition, intended for use as binding agent for glass plastics, impregnation and caulking compounds, contains blend of 4,4'- isopropylidenediphenol epoxide resin and aliphatic epoxide resin at their weight ratio between 60:40 and 95:5, and curing system. Blended resin additionally contains benzyl alcohol at weight ratio of 4,4'- isopropylidenediphenol epoxide resin, aliphatic epoxide resin, and benzyl alcohol between 50:40:10 and 91.5:9:0.5, which are mixed for 15-50 min at 40-80 C. Above-mentioned curing system is product of heat treatment (50-90 C for 10-40 min) of isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride, 1,2,30benzotriazole, imidazoles or its derivative, and epsilon-caprolactam at their weight ratio between 85:3:1:11 and 50:10:5:35, respectively. Composition generally contains 100 wt parts of epoxide resins and benzyl alcohols and 65-125 wt parts of curing system. EFFECT: increased storage and transportation stability and ensured improved physicochemical characteristics of glass plastics manufactured by continuous reeling or pultrusion techniques. 2 tbl
