FIELD: solar power engineering; solar-to-electric energy conversion; solar plants for individual use. SUBSTANCE: proposed solar plant has bearing structure carrying parabolic-cylindrical concentrator built of set of planar mirror facets joined to output of sun tracking unit and elongated photoelectric converter disposed on focal line of parabolic-cylindrical concentrator; mounted on bearing structure behind mentioned concentrator concentrically to the latter is elliptical reflector one of whose focuses is aligned with concentrator focus and photoelectric sensor is mounted in its other focus; sensor output is connected to input of sun tracking unit; flat reflecting component facing elliptical reflector is installer on rear end of each of mirror facets on its longitudinal axis perpendicular to its surface.
