METHOD OF SOLAR STATION PRODUCTION (VERSIONS) Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC F24J2/14

Abstract RU 2338127 C1

FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to solar power engineering and may be used in production of small-sized solar stations of individual or industrial application for transformation of solar energy into thermal or electric energy. In method of solar station production, based on formation of solar energy concentrator that includes manufacture of the main reflector of channel-shaped form with parabolic cross-section, and manufacture of solar radiation converter with its further installation in the area of reflector solar energy concentration, additional reflector that is identical to the available one is produced, the main and additional reflectors are separated into two fragments with cutting planes that pass through its focal lines at the sharp angle to its plane of symmetry, and solar energy concentrator is formed by means of coupling of two large fragments prepared from separated reflectors, along the line of their separation with simultaneous superposition of their focal lines, at that transformer of solar radiation is manufactured with extended shape in cross section with its further installation along superposed focal lines of coupled large fragments of separated reflectors. According to the second version of solar station production, additional reflector is manufactured, identical to the available one, and insert of T-shaped section, the main and additional reflectors are separated into two fragments with cutting planes that pass through its focal lines at the sharp angle to its plane of symmetry, and solar energy concentrator is formed by means of fixing of two smaller fragments prepared from separated reflectors, with their line of separation along lateral sides of T-shaped section insert base with further installation of solar radiation converter along reinforcing rib of mentioned insert, base width A of which is selected based on the following ratio: Δ=2h(1-n/k), where: h - distance from the separation line to axis of parabola generatrix (m), n - ratio of parabola half-width to focus distance, k - coefficient of solar radiation concentration.

EFFECT: provides even exposure of solar energy converters on both sides which is the necessary condition, whenever photoelectric elements are used as solar energy converters.
