SUBSTANCE: solar power plant has bearing structure that mounts double-arm lever and cylindrical solar concentrator built of set of planar mirror facets, and linear concentrated-beam receiver mounted on lever along focal line of cylindrical concentrator; novelty is that rectangular prism is installed on rear side of each planar mirror facet, prism edge at right angle being aligned with center line of planar mirror facet; one of two prism faces abutting against this edge is aligned with mirror facet plane; second face of rectangular prism is covered with reflecting coat; mirror coat of planar facet is provided with window in the form of projection of prism reflecting face onto facet surface during travel of beams parallel to optical axis of cylindrical concentrator incident on rear side of each facet.
