FIELD: rocketry, applicable on missile test grounds for training the personnel of the combat teams of anti-aircraft missile systems. SUBSTANCE: a unit of cassettes of heat-resistant composite material in the form of thin-walled disks is installed and fastened in the missile nose compartment before the microwave energy corner reflector. Flares are positioned in the inner cavities of the disks. Made in the nose compartment case in alignment with the flares are through diametrically arranged gas vents, whose axes are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the target missile. The working end-face surfaces of the flares are positioned in the gas vents of the case of the nose compartment and closed flush with the surface by ballistic caps. A DC supply source with a unit of electronic delay of successive connection of the flares is installed in the inner cavity of the fairing coaxially with the longitudinal axis of the target missile. EFFECT: enhanced time of operation of the flares for provision of detection of the missile by optical means of external trajectory measurements for the space of the whole flight trajectory to the impact area without increasing the missile overall dimensions. 2 dwg
