FIELD: armament.
SUBSTANCE: the anti-aircraft missile-target has an engine installation with a fin, radiotransparent nose section with a fairing and a SHF-power corner reflector, hollow end-piece with diametral through slots and flares. The flares are made in the form of charges of the bottom gas generator in a steel shell, equidistant to the inside diameter of the end-piece body and installed in its rear part before the through slots and hermetically closed by a piston in the form of a disk with a central threaded hole, nozzle-flapper valve and with an outer annular groove with an annular sealing. Igniters are installed in the formed cavities between each charge of the bottom gas generator and the charge and the piston, and an initiator is installed in the piston threaded hole. A cavity of the piston catcher with a throttle hole whose depth exceeds or equals the piston disk thickness is made in the front section of the end-piece body, past the through slots.
EFFECT: enhanced operating time of the flares on board the anti-aircraft missile-target.
