FIELD: measuring technology. SUBSTANCE: device incorporates lens, holder for accommodation of test-object and illumination system placed in sequence and additional optical unit located in front of lens. Additional optical unit has two parallel channels. First protective glass made of material clear for visible and opaque for infrared regions of spectrum and planeparallel plate with beam-splitting coat on one of its surfaces making angle of 45 degrees with axis of first channel are positioned consistently on axis of first channel coinciding with axis of lens. Second protective glass and flat mirror parallel with plane-parallel plate and made fast to it are arranged in series on axis of second channel. Axis of second channel crosses axis of first channel in plane of beam-splitting coat of plane-parallel plate. First and second protective glasses can be fabricated in the form of wedges and mounted for rotation around axes of corresponding channels and fixing in selected position.
