SUBSTANCE: one should add peripheral blood lymphocytes into strip plotting boards sensitized with mKAD, plotting boards should be incubated at (37±2)C for 1 h 30 min, washed out to remove cells, then holes are applied with fluorescent immunoglobulins against human immunoglobulins G or human immunoglobulins E to be kept for 30 min at (37±2)C, then holes are thrice washed out and clean strips should be observed with luminescent microscope and at detecting areas of local mKAD fluorescence one should diagnose allergy to concrete allergen.
