FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and medical microbiology. Described is a method for producing a fluorescent immunoglobulin diagnostic agent for detecting pathogens of rickettsioses and coxielloses, consisting in preparing a fluorescent matrix by applying a fluorescent label to the matrix, then attaching analytes thereto by means of a binding reagent; according to the invention, formalinised lactic bacteria are used as a matrix, and inorganic fluorochromes are used as a fluorescent label, wherein an antibody-containing fraction of immunoglobulins to rickettsiae and coxiellae in the range of 0.1 to 0.5 mg/ml is used as analytes, combined by means of a binding reagent with the fluorescent matrix, resulting in the final product, a fluorescent immunoglobulin diagnostic agent to rickettsiae and coxiellae, wherein the antibody-containing fraction of immunoglobulins is produced from corresponding immune serums containing antibodies to rickettsiae and coxiellae by means of isolation thereof by combined methods: deposition with neutral salts, gel filtration, removal of cross-reacting and heterologous antibodies. Also described is an associated fluorescent immunoglobulin diagnostic agent for detecting pathogens of rickettsioses and coxielloses and an application thereof for testing samples in order to identify pathogens of rickettsioses and coxielloses.
EFFECT: invention is used for specific assessment of the activity of vaccines and for testing objects of epidemiological examination, being infected organs and tissues of animals, or samples of infected external environment, or carriers.
