FIELD: communication networks; effective control of channel resources in digital mobile communication network. SUBSTANCE: radio message indicating application level associated with Off-Line Allocated Control Channels in mobile communication network servicing particular geographical region is transferred over radio broadcast channel. Then plurality of mobile stations disposed within this particular region that control this radio transmission channel receive message transferred. After that request for mobile communication services of lower priority than indicated status level is placed in queue and held until channel application level reduces to network adequate level. In this way expensive resources of logic Off-Line Allocated Control Channels are used to advantage for high-priority mobile communication services and their unwanted use is prevented. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of using expensive resources of logic channels. 23 cl, 6 dwg
