FIELD: milk industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preliminarily heating milk by exposing to infrared radiation for short time to temperature not in the excess of 58 C; performing bacteriological centrifuging for separating inactivated microorganisms; providing homogenization in multistage rotor-type pulsation apparatus with increasing milk displacement speed gradient gradτi in spaces between stator and rotor on transition of milk from one processing stage to another as processing stages are farther from axis of rotation of rotor within the range of from 1,6•105 to 4,1•105m/sm and simultaneously pasteurizing milk at temperature not in the excess of 72 C by exposing it to acoustic vibrations generated in apparatus; directing part of processed milk to rotor-type pulsation apparatus for repeated processing. Drinking milk production line has basic milk collector, heat-exchanger with infrared radiation source, bacteriological centrifuge, intermediate tank, multistage rotor-type pulsation apparatus, cooler and processed milk collector, with mentioned parts of line being arranged in the course of process and connected with one another via pipe system. Line is further provided with milk bottling and packing unit. Outlet part of rotor-type pulsation apparatus is connected with inlet part of intermediate tank for defining outer milk recirculation contour via three-way valve, whose one outlet is connected to milk cooler. Multistage rotor-type pulsation apparatus is equipped with thermal regulator for controlling of milk heating temperature. Thermal regulator is connected with drive of distributing gate of three-way valve.
