FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: additive contains amino acids: alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, valine, histidine, glycine, glutamic acid, isoleucin, leucine, lysine, methionine, proline, serine, tyrosine, threonine, tryptophan, phenylalanine, and cystine; organic acids: succinic acid; vitamins: ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid, thiamine, riboflavin, and biotin; trace minerals: iron, copper, and zinc; and, according to invention, additive further contains alginic acid, bioflavonoid, pantothenic acid and pyridixin (both vitamins), iodine, and non-hydrolyzed biopolymer residues. All components are present in simplified proportions.
