FIELD: medicine, juvenile surgery. SUBSTANCE: one should force air into rectum under conditions of mask-type narcosis. Volume of introduced air corresponds to 250-340 cu. cm/kg body weight. Then patient should be transferred to endotracheal narcosis. One should intravenously inject myorelaxants. On relaxing the muscles of anterior abdominal wall and those of diaphragm one should increase the volume of introduced air by 10-20%. The method enables to increase efficiency of conservative intestinal disinvagination in children. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg, 2 ex
