FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out barrier-type retina laser coagulation. Intra-operational foreign body localization is carried out with sclera compression method being applied. Leafletshaped sclera incision is done allover its thickness. Vascular tunic is exposed. The foreign body is removed. A filling is modeled from collagenous hemostatic sponge. The filling is introduced into suprachoroid space. The leaflets are fixed with interrupted sutures. EFFECT: reduced risk of amotio retinae occurrence; stimulated proliferation processes.
