SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with suprachorioidal blocking the retinal detachment with a filling out of collagen hemostatic sponge. The latter should be introduced into suprachorioidal space through two parallel linear scleral incisions in rupture area and, additionally, one should transpupillarly perforate chorioidea at the slope of its pressing shaft due to laser radiation followed by transpalpebral massage of patient's eyeball. The method enables to decrease traumaticity of operative interference.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
