FIELD: dust removal from food-stuff; food-processing industry for entrapping sugar dust, casein, coffee, cacao and flour from pneumatic transportation line. SUBSTANCE: proposed dust collector includes working chamber, taper bin and branch pipes. Ascending flow swirler is made in form distributing biconical washer performing up and down motion along axis relative to end face of tubular branch pipe which is provided with taper bell-mouth at definite angle of conicity; diameter of distributing washer is compatible with end diameter of bell-mouth; rigidly mounted on lower surface of distributing washer are guide blades. EFFECT: reduction of hydraulic resistance both of swirler and apparatus; low cost; increased dust collecting capacity. 8 cl, 4 dwg
