FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: suggested device consists of a drying tower whose cylindrical part is equipped with a tangential swirler equipped with an air downflow branch pipe. The conical part of the tower has a branch pipe with a consumption control mechanism and an ascending air heating device. The mouth of the branch pipe is equipped with a vane swirler along whose axis there is a branch pipe with a spray device to supply food product solution. Around the mouth of the ascending swirling air supply branch pipe there is a cup to ensure annular gap between the internal wall of the cylindrical part of the chamber, and to let the dry product pass into the conical part of the tower with a dispenser installed on the conical part of the mouth for withdrawal of the dry product. In the top part of the tower there is a branch pipe installed for withdrawal of partially purified air and connected to the inlet branch pipe of the device for moisture separation whose outlet branch pipe is connected with two inlet branch pipes for downflow and ascending flow with counter-current swirling flows. The outlet branch pipe for the purified air is connected with the inlet branch pipe of the fan whose outlet branch pipe is connected with the branch pipe of the tower downflow swirler and with the tower ascending air heating device and the dispensers of both tower and the dust arrester machine with counter-current swirling flows are connected with the pneumatic transport pipe that has an inlet control bell and the pipe is connected with tangential branch pipe of the unloading cyclone whose outlet branch pipe is connected with the inlet branch pipe of the fan. The solution supply branch pipe is connected with the pump which, in its turn is connected with the tank filled with the food product solution. Between the outlet branch pipe in the ceiling portion of the drying tower and the air downflow inlet branch pipe of the device with counter-current swirling flows there is a moisture separator installed.

EFFECT: suggested device enables to perform a closed cycle of air exchange that is without discharging dusty air into the atmosphere thus not polluting it as well as the area around the organisation.
